I can fully empathise with you, as I have been there and gone through the struggles of trying to get to some resolution.

Luckily, i’m here to tell you that it does not need to continue this way. You can change the course that you are currently on.

Online Coaching involves:

  1. Plan

    • Training Program: Depending on your goals, your program will be designed to get you closer towards reaching that target. This will include a combination of weight based strength training, along with some flexibility drills.

    • Reason: In order for you to see change, your body will need to be stressed to a certain level, this is where adaptation will take place. We achieve this stress through specific exercise selection(s).

    • Commitment: Minimum of two sessions a week is required, but an optimal split would be over 4-days per week. Each session will last minimum of 40 minutes but depending on goal(s) this may vary to 60-90 minutes.

  2. Education

    • Dependency: It is very important that you get a full understanding of how & why your symptoms might occur. This can help you to take ownership of your symptoms and get you closer towards moving pain free.

    • Confidence: Gain understanding of potential factors contributing towards limitations & pain, and why one exercise that works well for one person may not work favourably for you! Which is why that current training program template is not working for you.

    • Structure: Focus is driven towards targeting & overcoming obstacles present, in a systematic way to help you reach your goals month to month.

  3. Support

    • Unlimited 1-to-1 access: I will provide as much or as little help as needed.

    • Weekly Check-in: This is done weekly via a check-in form, where you answer specific questions from which I will then be able to help guide you in overcoming issues that have been identified.

    • Live Call: Zoom call with me each month to review & plan for the month(s) ahead.

    • Training App: Exercise program, communication, technique & form videos and general stat logging will be accessible through this app.

    • Strength Tribe: This is a community where all of my clients, patients and members have access to additional content such as rehab protocols, educational guides & articles, forum access, and a place to take part in friendly group challenges.
