Coach / Physio

Maz is a physiotherapist & personal trainer, with a 18-year history in the health & fitness space. He has recently graduated with a Masters in Exercise & Sports Medicine and is again looking to further his education later this year.

He has an unconventional approach towards training, rehabilitation & performance management and has helped thousands of individuals in getting stronger and moving pain free.
